Grille Mechanical really is a family affair, though it started as a humble one-man operation. In 1974, Michael Grille Sr.—just 20 years old at the time, before he was a “Sr.” at all—began his career in the HVAC industry in Staten Island, NY. Six short years later, he ventured out on his own, creating Grille Mechanical (formerly Grille Bros.) through sheer passion, dedication, hard work, and an entrepreneurial spirit that his sons were lucky enough to inherit. 

 

In 2012, Mike Grille Jr., shortly after graduating from Lynn University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, committed himself to joining the family business, and expanding his father’s dream.  Since then, Grille Mechanical has expanded their service area by adding a second location in Marco Island, FL in 2019. Mike Sr. and Mike Jr. continue to own and operate the business together today, providing only the highest level of service and dedication to quality workmanship for their valued clients and contractors.
